How we do relaxation pose savasana

 Relaxation (Savasana)
The position (Savasana ) is one of the most important conditions that cause the relaxation of yoga for the brain, and usually end the conditions of yoga and begin  in this wonderful exercise, but it is possible to be exercised at any time. The relaxation exercise like any exercise, because you have to repeatedly rehearse for it to reach the highest degree of relaxation

 
Time: for 2 to 15 minutes
The way:
Lie flat on the back with arms resting comfortably along the sides of the body, palms upward. Legs are extended and slightly turned outward; this translates down to the ankles and feet. 
Mark all the muscles relaxed
Loosen the muscles of your eyes
Hear everything without being connected to anything,
Focus upon your Sun Center and call forth a feeling of tranquility. Let this sense of stillness and calm stream down into your whole body. Feel how Earth supports the weight of your body in its entirety. Let Go.
